2)        Declarations of Interest, Gift and Hospitality  

          

Cllr P.K.Beer declared that he is a Suffolk County Councillor, Babergh District Councillor and Sudbury Town Councillor. Cllr Mrs Todd declared that she is a Babergh District Councillor. Cllrs J.R.A. Sayers and D.Walton declared that they are Babergh District Councillors and Sudbury Town Councillors. These members also asked that it be noted that their views expressed at this meeting would be based on information available at the time and might not be the same as those expressed at meetings involving other councils.

 

Cllr Walton declared a personal interest in Item 3a and 3f.

    Erection of a electric sub station

    Recommend – APPROVAL

 

b) B/07/02026/FHA/BEL – 6 Queensway   

    Erection of single-storey front extension and two

    storey rear extension

    Recommend – APPROVAL

  

c) B/07/02013/FUL/BEL – 36 Cherrytree Road

    Change of use from house in multiple occupation to single dwelling

    Recommend – APPROVAL

 

 d) B/08/00028/FHA/AS – Broom House, 6 Broom Street

     Erection of attached double garage with additional living accommodation over with single-storey front link extension

Recommend - APPROVAL

 

e) B/07/01917/FHA/AS – Cherry Tree Cottage, Joes Road

    Erection of a single-storey front extension

    Recommend - APPROVAL

 

f) B/08/00029/FHA/BEL – Propect House, Prospect Hill

    Erection of detached outbuilding (existing outbuilding to be demolished)

    Recommend – APPROVAL

 

g) B/07/02090/FHA/MB – 156 Bures Road

    Cllr Sayers declared a prejudicial interest and took no part in the discussion.         

    Erection of single-storey side and rear extension to provide annexe accommodation (existing garage and shed to be demolished). Erection of 1 no.dormer window to rear roof plane.

         Recommend - APPROVAL
