In the absence of Vice Chairman Cllr Mrs Jackson, Cllr Wade was elected Chairman for the Meeting

1)            Apologies for Absence

           Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs F. Jackson and H.N.Todd           .   

2)        Declarations of Interest, Gift and Hospitality  

 Cllr Mrs Todd declared that she is a Babergh District Councillor and Cllr Walton declared that he is a Babergh District Councillor and a Sudbury Town Councillor. These members also asked that it be noted that their views expressed at this meeting would be based on information available at the time and might not be the same as those expressed at meetings involving other councils

3)        New Planning Applications

B/07/01704/CDP/BHW – Great Cornard Upper School

Application under Regulation 3 of the Town and Country Planning General Regulatios 1992 – Relocation of the Community Library to the existing Sixth Form Centre and extending the building to facilitate lift access to the first-floor.

Recommended – APPROVAL

B/07/01779/FHA/AS – 33 Canhams Road

Erection of a single-storey rear extension

Recommended - APPROVAL
