1) Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllr.Mrs.C.J.Baker.
2) Declarations of Interest, Gifts or Hospitality
None
3) Shawlands Avenue: Parking on Verges
The Council Manager advised, that he had written to SCC on this matter, but as
yet had not received a reply. AGREED to send a letter to County Councillor
P.K.Beer requesting that he address this matter at County level.
4) New Planning Applications
i) B/06/01620/FHA/GP – The Old Rectory, Kedington Hill
Erection of detached garden building (existing garden building to be
demolished.
Recommended – REFUSAL
The plans received, appear to be turning the replacement garden building
into a dwelling. If so, this Parish Council has not received a request for
change of use and would strongly object to the replacement building
becoming a separate dwelling.
ii) B/06/01654/TPO/DC – May Forge, Church Road
Thinning/reduction by 20% of Beech Tree covered by Tree
Preservation Order BT322
Recommended – APPROVAL
iii) B/06/1697/FHA/RM – 28 Carsons Drive
Erection of two-storey side extension and a rear conservatory
Recommended – APPROVAL
