1)        Apologies for Absence

           Apologies were received from Councillor M.Fryer.

2)       Declarations of Interest, Gifts or Hospitality

           Cllr.J.R.A.Sayers declared a Personal interest with regards to his membership of

           Babergh District Council and Sudbury Town Council.

3)        Planning Applications

           i)   B/07/00364/FHA/MB – 75 Kempson Drive  

                Erection of a single storey side extension & front garage extension

                 Recommended – APPROVAL

            ii)  B/07/00387/FHA/BHW – 23 Mallard Way

                 Erection of two-storey side and front extension and a rear conservatory

                 Recommended – APPROVAL

            iii) B/07/00484/FHA/BHW – 10 Stuarts Drive

                 Erection of a rear conservatory

                 Recommended – APPROVAL 

The Council Vice-Chairman reported to the committee that she had authorised an ‘Action out of Meeting’ for the repair of two street lights on the grounds of health and safety. Members were advised that the cost would be £1545.94 and the lights were located on St. Andrews Road and North Rise.
