     AGREED the Council Manager to arrange a meeting in September to discuss

     the retirement of the Council’s Groundsman in November 2006. Members to

     attend the meeting will be Cllrs.P.K.Beer, Mrs.C.J.Baker, H.N.Todd and

     M.Fryer.

AGREED to ask the Community Warden to the September R&L Committee meeting for an update on his work.

 

Following on from the Bowls Club request to take down the hedge surrounding one side of the bowls green, it was AGREED that the R & L Committee would like to visit the club sometime during August to discuss the clubs future plans. The Council Manager to arrange the visit and let members know accordingly.
