1)  Apologies and Substitutions

      Apologies were received from Councillors A.C.Bavington, Mrs.C.J.Baker, R.Sims and N.MacMaster.

2)   Declarations of Interest, Gifts or Hospitality

      Cllr.P.K.Beer declared a personal interest with regards to his

      membership of Sudbury Town Council, Babergh District Council and

      Suffolk County Council.

3)  Items Brought Forward

      a)   Blackhouse Lane Pavilion

           The Council Manager to expedite the matter with our solicitor.

            AGREED the Council Manager to copy all correspondence to the

           Boxing Club and request an update on the matter.

            Agreed to RECOMMEND to full Council that a large sign be erected at the

           car park with an appropriate disclaimer including the request that users

           leave the site quietly.

      b) Country Park Review

           Both the upper and lower meadows have been cut with each meadow

           having an area left uncut for rotation.

            Danes Hole will also need to be topped and ploughed at some point in the

           future.
