Divorce & Separation Support
Support for families that are breaking up, support when it’s needed.
Family break-up is a difficult time for all involved, especially the children. Problems with depression, low self-esteem and anxiety can often follow. West Suffolk Mind’s Sudbury Support Group hopes that early intervention with emotional and practical support will reduce the risk of longer-term mental health problems.
We will be running separate groups for women and men, in Great Cornard, with support for children being supplied by the Kernos Centre in Sudbury. The groups will meet on a fortnightly basis for 8 sessions on a rolling basis. That means that you can join at any time.
We will be looking at such things as:

Letting go of the past

Managing my relationship with my ex-partner

Other family matters I need to think about

Moving on
