FREE 2 DANCE There is a fusion of dance and exercise classes for ladies of all aged and abilities. For a cost of £3-50 to cover expenses, it offers a great way to meet new people, get fit, have fun and dance!
The two groups meet on: Thursday evening 7.30pm to 8.30pm at the Great Cornard Sports Centre Tuesday evening 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Quay Theatre
Other classes available are Groove, Stability Ball, Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Adult Tap and Toddler Tap.
