S.E.F.K.A. has had clubs in the Sudbury area for over 20 years.
The Great Cornard Club was opened approximately 15 years ago.
All Instructors have been approved by the Criminal Records Bureau
and are part of the NSPCC endorsed FEKO child protection policy.

The Club is held at the Great Cornard Sports Centre on Wednesday evening.
Junior Class : 7pm - 8pm. For age 7years and above. Cost £2.50 per lesson
Adult Class : 8pm - 9.30pm.Suitable for all ages, Male and Female. £3 per lesson
Learn Martial arts in a Friendly but positive and purposeful club atmosphere.
